Mezze Escola+ selected by Deloitte's PACT Fund

Mezze Escola+, a course for migrant women who want to launch their own business, was one of seven projects selected to join the 12th edition of the PACT Fund, a program by Deloitte that supports projects with social impact and that contribute to the sustainable development of the communities in which they operate, in Portugal, Angola, or Mozambique.

Mezze Escola+ is a training program for refugee and immigrant women in Management and Entrepreneurship in the restaurant sector, created by Associação Pão a Pão in partnership with the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Lisboa (EHTL / Turismo de Portugal). We provide tools to improve their technical and social skills and collaborate in building a long-term life project, with access to more qualified employment and the possibility of creating their own business.

The course is taught at the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Lisboa and begins in April. Applications can be submitted here.
