Restaurant Course for migrantes created with Lisbon's Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo considered the Best Innovation Project
We are still in celebration mode for Mezze's 5 years and we couldn't wish for a better present: Mezze Escola won the Hospitality Education Awards, tourism training awards, in the Best Innovation Project category.
Mezze Escola is a catering course for refugees and immigrants, which started in January 2022. It was created in partnership with the Lisbon School of Hospitality and Tourism and supported by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation's Cidadãos Activ@s programme.
